Bib's Downtown is Downtown Winston-Salem's newest BBQ restaurant bringing a new taste to BBQ to the area.  Owned and operated by three local guys with a love for great food and Winston-Salem.  All our foods down to our delectible desserts are made from our own time tested recipes.  There is something on our menu for everyone included smoked beef brisket, turkey, ribs, pulled pork, sausage and more.  Large salads and baked potatos.  You can add smoked meat to any of our salads or baked potatos for a new and interesting twist to menu items.  Our recipes from our rubs to our sauces are a great mix of Texas style and Lexington style.  Enjoy our wide open dining room for a relaxed dining experience when you need to unwind.  Hand picked selection of North Carolina wines and interesting selecton of Macro and Micro brews from the bottle or on tap.  Located on 5th Street just minutes from campus.

Head into the downtown area on University Parkway, take a right on 5th Street and go four blocks and you can find Bib's Downtown on the corner of 5th and Spring Street across from the library.
