Brioso Fresh Pasta is a College Ave. restaurant that offers a refreshing change from the usual Italian menu of pizza, so widely available in Clemson. Opened in October 2008 by a couple from Alpharetta, Georgia. Brioso has a warm interior Mediterranean decor, and a bill-of-fair that offers a wide selection of fresh pasta dishes in a number of styles, a good selection of quality and import beers, and a fine wine list. Other beverages include soft drinks, teas, coffees, and sparkling waters.

All the pasta is made fresh at the restaurant each week, and all sauces and sandwiches are made on premises. Orders are placed at the counter upon entering the establishment, with the attentive staff bringing the entrees to the table. Take-out is also available.
