Review: This is an actual review (I think the one before was from another jeweler.) Don't go here, they aren't nice. I took a nice ring in to get it stretched and they were beyond rude. They weren't helpful AT ALL and acted like I was wasting their time even though I was the ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE! Additionally, it's not a nice atmosphere inside. The lighting sucks (dim and fluorescent,)it's dirty, and old. Overall, it's not really a place where you feel comfortable buying nice jewelry or bringing nice jewelry- doesn't seem trustworthy. Basically I'd say go to Kmart before you go to Windsor, it'll be a better experience.

Review: I'd give them zero stars if it were an option. Have never shopped at Windsor until today - will never go there again. No one spoke to me. No one offered to help me. The store was full of staff and maybe one other customer. Two salespeople actually looked right at me and refused to offer their asistance. So I went to Ringmasters at Reynolda Village where the service is unparalleled. I was really in the market for David Yurman (which Ringmasters doesn't carry) but found a couple of gorgeous Slane & Slane pieces and was treated with absolute courtesy and respect from the first second that I stepped in the door. Shame on Windsor!
